Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 896 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, Regulation of toll-like receptor 2 signaling pathway, and Viral budding via host ESCRT complex. Each is linked with PRSS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS1 results are reported.
