PRSS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QC, GSTA3, and HSD3B2. Each is linked with PRSS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
