PRRT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,909 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA4, ASCC3, and WDR48. Each is linked with PRRT3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRT3-to-partner and partner-to-PRRT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRT3 versus PDIA4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
