Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRRT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are XAGE5, OR6J1, and KHDRBS2. Each is linked with PRRT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRT3-to-partner and partner-to-PRRT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XAGE5 grouped by PRRT3-low versus PRRT3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
