Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,204 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPOPL, SLC49A4, and HIPK3. Each is linked with PRRG4 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG4 versus SPOPL in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
