Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,307 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRG4_S222, CORO2A, and EPS8L2. Each is linked with PRRG4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG4 versus PRRG4_S222 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
