Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,862 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD7P4, STS, and PLIN3. Each is linked with PRRG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG4 results are reported.
