PRRG4

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANK1-AS1, RNA5SP175, and RNU6-1082P. Each is linked with PRRG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG4 results are reported.
