PRRG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 176 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P30, EI24P1, and RNU6-492P. Each is linked with PRRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P30 grouped by PRRG2-low versus PRRG2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
