Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRRG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,220 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPZL2, CNKSR1, and TMC4. Each is linked with PRRG2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG2 versus MPZL2 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
