PRR9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,701 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR2G, ADAM23, and ZNF189. Each is linked with PRR9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR9-to-partner and partner-to-PRR9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
