Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,227 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP5L, VAC14, and TRIM14. Each is linked with PRR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR7-to-partner and partner-to-PRR7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR7 versus LRP5L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
