Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,044 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metanephric proximal tubule development, rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with PRR7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR7-to-partner and partner-to-PRR7 results are reported.
