PRR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIFAB. Each is linked with PRR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR7-to-partner and partner-to-PRR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIFAB grouped by PRR7-low versus PRR7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
