Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR7-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRR7-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher PRR7-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR7-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and HNSC show a favorable association.

KIRP, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where PRR7-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
