Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR5-ARHGAP8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRR5-ARHGAP8 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PRR5-ARHGAP8 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR5-ARHGAP8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LIHC show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PRR5-ARHGAP8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
