Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR5-ARHGAP8 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRR5-ARHGAP8 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher PRR5-ARHGAP8 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR5-ARHGAP8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where PRR5-ARHGAP8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
