PRR35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR35-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1318P, RNU6ATAC7P, and LSP1P3. Each is linked with PRR35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR35-to-partner and partner-to-PRR35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1318P grouped by PRR35-low versus PRR35-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR35→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
