Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR34-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,480 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR34-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OBSCN, TP53, and ACAN. Each is linked with PRR34-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR34-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRR34-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OBSCN grouped by PRR34-AS1-low versus PRR34-AS1-high in COAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR34-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR34-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
