Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,326 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG30, TRA2B, and CMTR1. Each is linked with PRR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR3-to-partner and partner-to-PRR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
