PRR23C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR23C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR23C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6781, ZNF600, and SH2D5. Each is linked with PRR23C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR23C-to-partner and partner-to-PRR23C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6781 grouped by PRR23C-low versus PRR23C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR23C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR23C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
