Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRR18 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher PRR18 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
MESO are the cancer types where PRR18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
