PRR18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,108 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIF1A_S1370, SRCIN1_S866, and VWA5B2. Each is linked with PRR18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR18-to-partner and partner-to-PRR18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR18 versus KIF1A_S1370 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
