Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,121 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR18-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX10, FBXO7, and PVALB. Each is linked with PRR18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR18-to-partner and partner-to-PRR18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR18 versus SOX10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
