PRR18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR18-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZYXP1. Each is linked with PRR18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR18-to-partner and partner-to-PRR18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZYXP1 grouped by PRR18-low versus PRR18-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
