Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,257 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA15P2, RNU6-524P, and FEN1P1. Each is linked with PRR16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR16-to-partner and partner-to-PRR16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
