Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR15L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRR15L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PRR15L mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR15L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PRR15L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
