The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PRR14L Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR14L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC are the cancer types where PRR14L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
