Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR14L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRR14L data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PRR14L mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR14L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PRR14L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
