Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR14L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,346 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR14L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRKL, EIF4ENIF1, and EIF4ENIF1_S951. Each is linked with PRR14L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR14L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR14L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR14L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR14L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
