Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR14L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,731 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR14L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1, UFD1, and KIF20A. Each is linked with PRR14L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR14L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR14L results are reported.
