PRR14L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR14L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,702 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR14L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Negative regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with PRR14L in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR14L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR14L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR14L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR14L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
