Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR14L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,724 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR14L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC9A, OR4K1, and RLN3. Each is linked with PRR14L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR14L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR14L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR14L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR14L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
