Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,226 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR14-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA2P3Y, ZFP3, and MACC1. Each is linked with PRR14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR14-to-partner and partner-to-PRR14 results are reported.
