Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,455 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACTIN, APBA3, and KRT8P50. Each is linked with PRR11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR11-to-partner and partner-to-PRR11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR11 versus CACTIN in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
