Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 561 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT8, DOLPP1, and GLOD4. Each is linked with PRR11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR11-to-partner and partner-to-PRR11 results are reported.
