Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEA-15_pS116, ERK2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with PRR11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR11-to-partner and partner-to-PRR11 results are reported.
