Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPSAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,959 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPSAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate metabolic process, 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate biosynthetic process, and Mitotic spindle assembly. Each is linked with PRPSAP2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPSAP2-to-partner and partner-to-PRPSAP2 results are reported.
