Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRPSAP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRPSAP2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher PRPSAP2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRPSAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.

UCS, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where PRPSAP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
