Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRPSAP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRPSAP1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PRPSAP1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRPSAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where PRPSAP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
