PRPSAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPSAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPSAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TK1, UBE2O, and DDX42. Each is linked with PRPSAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRPSAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPSAP1 versus TK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPSAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPSAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
