Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPSAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,539 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPSAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPS2, NUP85, and KPNA2. Each is linked with PRPSAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRPSAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPSAP1 versus PRPS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPSAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPSAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
