Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPSAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,605 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPSAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with PRPSAP1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRPSAP1 results are reported.
