Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,399 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPSAP1, MCM6, and SMS. Each is linked with PRPS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPS2-to-partner and partner-to-PRPS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPS2 versus PRPSAP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
