Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,667 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLA1, RBBP7, and FANCB. Each is linked with PRPS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPS2-to-partner and partner-to-PRPS2 results are reported.
