PRPS1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPS1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,176 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPS1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, RPL24, and RPL6. Each is linked with PRPS1P2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPS1P2-to-partner and partner-to-PRPS1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPS1P2 versus WDR5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPS1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPS1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
