Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,395 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QTNF2, LMOD1, and PI16. Each is linked with PRPH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPH-to-partner and partner-to-PRPH results are reported.
