Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,966 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with PRPH in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPH-to-partner and partner-to-PRPH results are reported.
