Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, IZUMO2, and KRTAP17-1. Each is linked with PRPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPH-to-partner and partner-to-PRPH results are reported.
