PRPF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,016 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD54, FAM149A, and BCL7A. Each is linked with PRPF8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF8-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD54 grouped by PRPF8-low versus PRPF8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
